Contract Stages

Contract Stages or Payment Schedules, identify the payment claims.

To access to Contract Stages, go to Projects page, select a Project, and click on the Contract Stages tab.

Contract Stages: Overview

  1. Add a new Contract Stage
  2. Copy all the stages to use in another costing
  3. Paste contract stages
  4. Delete all the stages
  5. Edit a contract stage
  6. Value of the stage: it is calculated by the percentage specified x the contract price set in Costing Settings.

Add a new stage

  1. to add a new client, in Projects page, click on Contract Stages tab, and click on the plus button.
  2. Fill the information and click on Add New button.

Edit a Contract Stage

  1. To edit an stage, in Projects page, click on Contract Stages tab, and click on the edit button next to the Contract Stage name.
  2. Fill the information and click on Save button.

Delete an stage

  1. To delete a contract stage, in Projects page, click on Contract Stages tab, click on the edit button next to the stage name.
  2. Click on Delete button and confirm the deletion by clicking on Yes, delete button.
