Contract Stages
Contract Stages or Payment Schedules, identify the payment claims.
To access to Contract Stages, go to Projects page, select a Project, and click on the Contract Stages tab.

Contract Stages: Overview

- Add a new Contract Stage
- Copy all the stages to use in another costing
- Paste contract stages
- Delete all the stages
- Edit a contract stage
- Value of the stage: it is calculated by the percentage specified x the contract price set in Costing Settings.
Add a new stage
- to add a new client, in Projects page, click on Contract Stages tab, and click on the plus button.
- Fill the information and click on Add New button.
- Calculation method can be a percentage of the contract price, or a fixed value.
- Make sure the total percentage of all the stages comes up with %100 and the Total Value of the stages is equal to Contract Price.
Edit a Contract Stage
- To edit an stage, in Projects page, click on Contract Stages tab, and click on the edit button next to the Contract Stage name.
- Fill the information and click on Save button.
Delete an stage
- To delete a contract stage, in Projects page, click on Contract Stages tab, click on the edit button next to the stage name.
- Click on Delete button and confirm the deletion by clicking on Yes, delete button.
