Project Overview
In Projects page, you can create new projects, create new costing for a project, set up your jobs, sort and manage, and set permissions.
User interface overview
Projects page is easy to use, clear and intuitive.

- Always on top of all the pages, you can see the current and selected project and costing name.
- Toggle list view / Item view.
- To create a new project or a new costing for a project, click on the + New button. To learn how to create a new project, see this page. To learn more about Costings, click here.
- Overview: to have an overview of the selected project, click on this tab. You'll get some information about the project and the selected costing.
- Settings: to change the settings of the project or the costing, use this tab. See this page for more information.
- Permissions: to give permission to other users to access a project or a costing, use this tab. See this page for more information.
- Clients: to add the client of the project, use this tab. Clients are used when you want to send a document, like a Progress Claim, or a Variation. To learn how to create a new project, see this page.
- Markups: Manage margins or markups on this tab. Mark-ups are the figures you want to add on top of the costs to get to the contract price, like Commission, Profit, or Franchise Fees. Learn more about Markups here.
- Contract Stages: Setup your contract stages for a job using this tab. Learn more about Markups here.
- WBS: Work Breakdown Structure, or Cost Centers, is used in a costing to organise items. The other names for WBS are: Cost Codes, Cost Breakdowns, or Cost Centers. Examples of cost codes would be Carpenter, Slab, Plasterboard, Plumbing Fixtures, or Appliances.
